Teacher Expectations

Teaching a consistent weekly program/ facility class.
Attendance at training opportunities secured for the organization.
Attendance at Yoga 4 Change team meetings (scheduled in person and group virtual calls).
Actively engaging in Yoga 4 Change communication forums: responding to Y4C team emails with a weekly share; responding to calls/texts from Yoga 4 Change Program Director in a timely manner; staying up to date with other electronic communication forums.
Consistently clocking in and out of Deputy scheduling app and entering student numbers.
Consistently inputting data notecards into TMS- data management system.
Representing Yoga 4 Change at facilities and in the community (showing up in full uniform for classes, showing up with a positive attitude at every class, etc.).
Following Sub requests policies.
Teach from the appropriate Yoga 4 Change Curriculum.
Attend 10 hours of virtual Yoga 4 Change trauma informed trainings annually. Failure to do so will result in a reduction in pay.
