Yoga 4 Change represents an opportunity to build self-confidence and trust with individuals living with mental health conditions. Our programming gives individuals tools to focus on breathing, calm mind and body, and shift focus away from past traumas.
Yoga provides the foundation for conflict management, better sleep, and the physical and emotional well-being that enables individuals to make positive choices, and assist in taking on life.
