Chelsea Belfer first started volunteering with Yoga 4 Change when she was searching for a sense of direction. Chelsea completed her 200 hour training in December 2017 and is now teaching community classes through Yoga 4 Change. Starting in late January, Yoga 4 Change will offer its next installment of Registered Yoga Teacher training.
