Hosted by Northeast Florida Program Director, Kim Simon, and Journalist and Broadcaster, Shelton Hull, the virtual celebration will kick off at 6:30 PM with a recap of 2022 and then start the first of eight rounds of BINGO.

Founded in 2014 in Jacksonville, Florida, Yoga 4 Change has since expanded to three other regions including Tampa Bay, Central and South Florida. Data is collected before and after each class to measure the impact sessions have on a participants mental and physical well-being. The organization teaches positive and healthy coping skills using a yoga curriculum and has provided over 19,000 individuals in 2022 with mood, stress and pain relief.

“It’s wonderful to see Yoga 4 Change going on nine years making an impact,” says Breanna Tivvis, Director of Development. “We love to see our team and program continuously grow across the state and are excited to celebrate virtually with our communities.”
